The apartment is located in a picturesque bay in the village of Nečujam on the island of Solta, about 10 minutes by car from Rogač harbor. Solta, near the island of Brac, is less than an hour's ferry ride from Split. The apartment is located on the first floor of a stone family house, which is thus only available to guests.

The main terrace, partially covered, enters the room, which is dominated by a kitchen equipped with a combined stove (electric hotplates + gas burners), kettle, complete utensils, cutlery, knives, mugs and glasses, fridge / freezer, table with chairs
and a sofa bed for another person to sleep. There is also air conditioning and a TV.

From this room leads one door to the corridor, which is accessible two bedrooms and a smaller bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasol.
The second door leads from the main entrance room into the third bedroom, which has a connecting door to a larger bathroom, also with shower, sink and toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer.

From this bathroom you can access the main terrace, where you can let the clothes dry on wet lines. For guests are available only towels, towels need to take with you.

Total bed capacity is suitable for a maximum of 7 guests, of which 5 people on regular beds. Perhaps there is one extra bed and a sofa bed in the main room. The total living area of ​​the apartment is approximately 80 m2.

Prices of accommodation are made individually by the owners with regard to the occupancy of the building in season and outside,
and especially according to the number of persons accommodated. The lowest possible rate in 2020 is EUR 85 in low season (until 25 June and from 25 August) for a stay of 4 people.

 The house is about 100 meters from the sea. It is built in sloping terrain, in which a concrete access road leads to the so-called "wild beach", built by old settlers on rocks with lots of concrete piers, platforms and nooks for rather undisturbed rest.

The second asphalt road is accessible by the "urban" larger, classic pebble beach, where there is lively holiday activity. Sun loungers are available on the beach, but some enterprisers "reserve" their towels and personal belongings from the evening to the next day.

For children there is a possibility to use inflatable water games, here called "Aquapark", for cruises along the coast, to the end of the bay with the sunken shipwreck, kayaks are available for rent.

There are two bars along the approximately one-hundred-meter beach, one including hot meals, a fast food stall, ice cream and ice lollies, a garden restaurant with a local Old Czech beer, as well as a large bar with a freshwater pool and numerous dining tables. and sun loungers with parasols, which are served by waiters.

 Directly in the pool are built tiled seats from which you can drink drinks, served the other side of the bar. A bakery is in operation near the beach for three years, and at the end of the day there is a restaurant with evening and night operation, but a limited range of meals.

It offers a more distant restaurant "Paris", where it is necessary especially for dinner to book a table in time. Necessary, forgotten water equipment at home, eg water boots, spray guns, diving or sunglasses, sun loungers etc. can also be purchased at the beach in a stall.

You can also take advantage of the offer of a local tourist agency for various boat trips, by boat "submarine", ie a boat with a glass bottom along the bay, rental of scooters, or trips around the island.

 The island of Solta is more suitable for recreation of Croats, especially for the inhabitants of Split, which is beyond the usually visited places on the Adriatic coast with varied international clientele. During the season, there are various "junkies" with sometimes noisy music until late at night, but this is already one of the Croatian naturel and summer by the sea.
