The apartments are located in Podstrana, approximately 5 km from the border of Split towards Makarska. Podstrana is a 10-minute drive from Omis. A supermarket Studenac is nearby, as well as a restaurant and pizzeria.

Apartments A1 - A3 are in a house which is in the immediate vicinity of a private pebble beach. Apartment A4 is located in a separate house from the beach separated by roads.

The price of accommodation A1 - A3 is a parking space, two beach chairs and umbrella, WiFi Internet access. There is also the possibility of using a washing machine. On request it is possible to provide a cot including duvets and sheets. For stays of 7 nights / 8 days or more, the hosts offer a gala dinner for their guests!

 If you are interested in booking, please write or call. You will immediately receive a message on whether bed capacity is available within the required time.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price of the accommodation will be payable within five working days of booking confirmation. The surcharge is paid on site to the apartment owners. It is of course possible to pay the full value of the accommodation before departure. Payment possible in CZK and EUR.

If you plan to visit Croatia by air, our agency will arrange both direct flights to and from Split with daily frequency as well as airport transfers to / from Podstrana. Distance from Split Kaštela Airport is approximately 35 km, transfer time approximately 30 - 45 minutes, depending on the traffic density.

Apartment A1 - about 42 m²

It is equipped with a separate bedroom for 2 person and a sofa bed for another 2 person. The apartment, which is on the 1st floor of the house, has a direct sea view, a small balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, air conditioning of course.

Apartment A2 - about 50 m²

It has a separate bedroom for 2 people and a sofa bed for another 2 people. Extra bed for 5th person on request, and against surcharge, possible. The apartment, which is on the 1st floor of the back wing of the house, has a partial sea view, for use and sitting covered terrace. Living space with fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, dishwasher) and air conditioning.

Apartment A3 - about 50 m²

This apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people. Extra bed for 5th person is possible on request. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the back wing of the house, it has a partial sea view, there is a smaller terrace. Living space with fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, dishwasher) and air conditioning.

Apartment A4 - about 80 m²

The modern air-conditioned apartment has two separate bedrooms for comfortable overnight 4 person, bathroom, large living room with sofa bed. It allows sleeping for up to two additional person. A prior agreement with the owner is required, which determines the surcharge based on the number of overnight stays. The kitchen is equipped as standard: stove with oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle. A dining table with six chairs is part of the living space. For guests is free use of outdoor seating shaded with folding umbrella. Parking space in front of the house is included in the price of accommodation.
