Reservation and payment before departure

Lesser agency s.r.o. offers their clients to pay the accommodation in the required hotel before their departure from the Czech Republic (or any other country of course). In case of paying in advance not only the price for accommodation but mostly also all local taxes (e.g. VAT) and fees are included, thus our client should not pay anything else on the spot. Our clients will obtain hotel’s address, their contact numbers and a confirmation for the hotel that the payment has been realised.
If you plan a tourist stay Lesser agency s.r.o. can offer variety of accommodation possibilities, which can be paid in advance in Czech crowns or by your credit/cash card. Then you leave the Czech Republic only with your valid service voucher.
Thanks to our co-operation with German wholesalers you can choose a hotel accommodation according to the Lesser agency tailor made offer. Our agency is able also to reserve the exact hotel desired by you, should such hotel belong to the contracted with our partners. If you do it this way, you pay mostly the price on the same, or lower, level as offered by several on-line booking engines.

Since 1995, as the first agency in the Czech Republic, Lesser agency s.r.o. has been equipped with a hi-tech reservation system SABRE, which was developed by American Airlines, the biggest US airline company. Thanks to this system we can provide a hotel reservation all over the world, especially within the cities with a national or international airport and their surroundings.

If you wish to book accommodation we need to know exact place and time of your stay. Every hotel requires the reservation guarantee by your international credit or cash card. Then you will pay at the reception desk when you check out of the hotel. If you do not have any card you can pay your accommodation in advance, see please the first section Reservation and payment before departure.

You do not pay any extra fee for a reservation made by Lesser agency. You leave the Czech Republic (or any other country with detailed information about your hotel’s address and phone/fax number, with a guaranteed price for accommodation in your desired type of a hotel room (single or double, king, queen or twin bed) and necessary reservation’s confirmation number as well. Such reservations are taken as obligatory for both the client and the hotel. If the guest does not cancel her/his reservation until a date set by the hotel, a cancellation fee will be charged by the property.

During the closure of our office outside the opening hours, you may reserve your accommodation quickly also through the web sites of our German partner HRS – Hotel Reservation Service without any service fee and mostly without card guarantee. You may choose from more than 30 languages, English included of course.
